Refund Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2025
Thank you for shopping at Expert IT (“we”, “us”, “our”). We sell digital downloads (live wallpapers). Because files are delivered instantly, our refund rules are a bit different from physical goods.
1) Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase only in the following cases:
Duplicate purchase of the same item.
Technical issue that prevents use of the file and our support team can’t resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting within 7 days.
Wrong file delivered (you received a different product than advertised).
Not eligible: buyer’s remorse, system performance limitations on your device, issues caused by third-party software or settings, or failure to read product requirements.
2) Before You Request a Refund
Please first email support@expertit.store with:
Your order email / transaction ID
Product name / page URL
A clear description (screenshots or error messages help a lot)
We’ll respond with steps to fix the problem (often a quick settings tweak or fresh download link solves it fast).
3) How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
If a refund is granted, you must delete all copies of the file and stop using it.
4) Chargebacks
Please contact us first—most issues are easy to resolve. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
5) Exchanges / Re-downloads
If your download link expired or you lost files, email us—we’re happy to help with a fresh download link.
